The grips help quite a bit for side to side movement but it still allows the gutter to flex quite a bit. Would be great if there were something to sit inside the actual gutter to prevent that flex. Otherwise its a good product

Ladder's little helper has been fantastic for protecting gutters when on the job when a ladder is needed to get onto the roof. Only complaint would be that it's not quite wide enough for our 32' ladder, but I realize that thing is a beast and most people wouldn't need it for that.

So Far, the guys like it. I've always uses 2x4's and 4x4's to keep the gutters from crushing. I like this idea and gave it a shot. Helps keep the rain gutters from crushing in and helps keep the ladder stable. I did buy a handle to reach the thing up into position. Like $7.00 I think this thing is working out. Thanks!
