Naked makes good products. This is the first time using their Creatine Monohydrate - it dissolves well, no unusual taste, and no gastric upset at the typical 3-5g dose. If I had any complaint, is that it's a little "fluffier" than many other products and has a tendency to "stick" to the outside of the scoop and its handle - this leads to a small amount of product getting wasted because it ultimately comes off on the countertop or floor.
Addition to original review: after consistently using this product since I received it, I have noticed that the provided scoop yields a 4 gram dose (vs the labeled 5 grams). I attribute this to the fluffiness that I mentioned above.

I used creatine in college when I played football, and it allowed me to get over the hump of being stuck at the same weight for lifting. Trying it again at age 50 to lift, and it makes a good bit of difference. This is pure creatine so I just add it to my energy drink or smoothie daily, using the 5g scoop it comes with. No more, no less is needed after the initial load up period. No taste and yet effective. Make sure you check with your doctor though, mine said I have a healthy kidney so it won't hurt. Worth the money.

I love this product I saw one tik tok abt it and all she said was that it dissolves well in water and u really can't taste it so I took her word for it and ITS TRUE i've never had a creatine dissolve this well and have no taste or after taste or get stuck at the bottom of the cup this is honestly the best creatine ! im not a fan of flavored ones cause they always taste way too artificial but this particular unflavored one is a win! I drink a lot of water so first thing in the morning I put it in my stanley with 2 scoops (since it's a 30 oz) and it's the best way for me to make sure I get my creatine in everyday!
