The quality in the bits themselves is very good. Smooth and no issues in cutting through granite. The issue I had, and it was a very concerning issue at that, was the depth of the actual cuts is too small for a standard granite counter top. How can you supply such a nice set and then fail in creating a bit that needs to be just a half inch plus longer? I still have two more holes to cut and I'm concerned...

This drill bit set works well, I used it on a hand drill and would have probably worked better if I used a drill press. This set is not the best on the market but worked for my purposes. I hope to have these for a couple of years before they wear away.

These are a decent set of hole cutting bits. I used mine to cut porcelain tile for water and drainlines for a bathroom floor. I wet cut all the holes and had no issue getting through the porcelain. I did crack my first tile but that was because I was using too much down force. After that I took it easy, spending maybe 5 minutes per hole drilled. Also it is helpful to make a template before drilling because these bits will travel on a smooth surface. They are a good set of bits and helped me get my project done. I'm glad I purchased them.

Looked cheap at first but when I used I couldn't believe how awesome they worked. I cut a hole through 12x24 tile like butter.

This was perfect for drilling into porcelain tile, had to make 1.5" holes and also 1/4" holes or installing shower system. Also bought separately 2 7/8" hole saw as well (same brand but not part of this set) and it worked great cutting out hole for valves. Kept were as directed and no issues at all couldn't have done this reno without them. First class.
