Best sweatsuit for the money

I get a crazy sweat with this. Start off slow. I wear full clothes underneath because I can't stand the feeling of the material against my bear skin when sweating. After several months of use wearing it while running, lifting, and in the sauna it has not ripped or failed. The Velcro on the wrists cuffs has broken at the seams but still works and can be easily repaired. Buy a size bigger than you would, I like to wear a sweatshirt underneath sometimes and other times over top. Too big won't make much of a difference but makes it much easier to remove after a long sweat.
Wash in COLD water only and hang dry. I turn them inside out to help get all the sweat off the inside. Wash them as soon as possible after each use to reduce the smell to almost nothing.

This is ideal for performing activity to sweat more without ripping the suit. The cheaper ones are designed for sitting in saunas and can easily rip putting them on, moving, or taking them off.
The fitting chart is helpful, but I would give it 5 stars if I could order a different sized top from the bottom.
Because it does run small, I think very obese folks would have difficulty getting a good fit - even though the waistline is elasticized with a drawstring.

I love this sauna suit. I'm 5'4, 36-28-40. Bought the XXL (2X) and it fit perfectly. Baggy but the elastic is strong. Baggy is good for this product because I use it for regular workouts and I need it to move with me. It's not very stretchy. It's in perfect condition. Definitely makes you break a serious sweat during workouts. It heats you up as soon as it is put on. It has Velcro on the wrists and ankles to custom fit you so the heat stays trapped There's drawstrings at the waist and pockets. Looks really nice in person.
