Larger size than I was expecting, but a sturdy and watertight pill case nonetheless. It's made out of machined aluminum - so not the cheap plastic kind they sell in the grocery store. It has an O-Ring to keep moisture out as well, which is specifically why I bought it.
I previously had one of those cheap plastic pill holders. Then I had a leak of some liquid shampoo in my checked luggage during a flight, which got to my perscription and made it soggy....basically ruined a week's worth of medicine. This solved the problem for future trips.

I gave this product a couple tests. I held it under running water for a few minutes. I then held it submerged in a sink full of water for about 5 minutes. When I removed the lid, the tissue inside was still dry. Obviously my test isn't a laboratory test so I didn't hold it submerged 1 meter for 30 minutes to equal a IP67 test, but this item is certainly close if not passable.

Bigger than I had expected. As I don't currently have the need to walk around with drugs, prescription or otherwise, I can't really comment on how well they perform that function. I use it to store my Surefire EP4 earplugs, with plenty of space to spare. I now chuck my wedding ring and loose change in this as well when I am going through security at the airport. Works. Wish it was a little smaller, and the triangle holding the key ring to the bottle top came loose, but I was able to bend it back into place.
