everything perfect
Don't buy if you wanna play the right notes.

What the hell!?!?!?! This thing is a whole step off - even as a MIDI-controller!
No, I have not *yet* contacted the seller, but this is ridiculous and doesn't seem like an easy fix. This cheap-ass keyboard is already more trouble than it's worth.

DO NOT BUY

Can confirm that the so called "firmware update" does not work. The only way you'll be able to fix the accuracy of the notes is to have them send you another pitch wheel, which would require you to almost unscrew the whole thing apart just to do that. This item is inherently defective and should stop being sold.
Good for midi or solo use at church or event using only grand piano or organ.

not too large or small. I can even share 2 patches on the keyboard. Great buy. Be advised: it's pitched -2 steps.
Slightly off key but sounds great otherwise.

The clean white design is eye-catching, the sound is rich and clear . . . until you gradually realize that it's just a little off key. There is a youtube video (in another language) that has a demo with a tuner attached to the piano, confirming that the sounds are not exact. If you are not a serious musician or a perfectionist, the otherwise realistic piano sound might be just fine for you, and if I didn't mention this flaw here, you might not even notice it. I emailed the manufacturer, who acknowledged this defect, and suggested that an update available at the downloads section of their site might fix it. As it turns out, the download on the midiplus site is a .rar file, which I have no idea how to open on my Mac. Other than this delayed response from the manufacturer -- in totally broken English -- I got no further suggestions from them when I emailed about my difficulties in opening the file. I ended up giving my little piano to a friend and ordered the EK490, which has so far proven to be a very exciting keyboard -- and perfectly on key! NOTE: If you order this Easy Piano, make sure to remove the adapter before tossing the carton -- it is cleverly hidden inside a nook in the white styrofoam packing that is quite easy to miss.
