Stores near me are selling these for almost $4 a bar - this is an incredible deal, which is why I keep rebuying. MET-Rx bars do have a relatively high amount of sugar alcohol in them, so to avoid gas make sure you are drinking at least 16-20oz water with each bar!
Edit (Aug 15, 2017): I've ordered from this vendor 3 times in the summer heat and they've been arriving with no cooling packaging. The melted bars reform when cool but are very inconvenient to eat.

I really LOVE this brand of protein bar! Tastes like a real chocolate bar. No chemical taste, just really good for a treat at the end of the day when I haven't managed to hit my protein goal for the day! High in calories, so be careful with that, but it tastes so good.

If you love almond and amaretto flavour... these bars have just that, plus chocolate and great texture too.
Probably the best tasting protein / meal replacement bar I have had to date.. it actually tastes like food rather than cardboard... And, without that awful after taste that almost all the others have.
