Great Product with Excellent tech support

I bought this product to convert a 20 year old mix tape of a recording of my daughter's college radio program to surprise her for Christmas. I experienced some problems, but each time I contacted tech support I received responses quickly. This included working on a weekend. In the end we worked through the process on the phone with complete success and satisfaction. I can't remember when I have had this type of phenomenal tech support. I would give them 15 stars if possible. Item came with everything needed to convert cassettes to CD's; the instructions were a bit confusing, but once understood I could avail myself to its many options. For instance, it gives you the ability to edit, clear most background noise, and label each song. I would recommend ClearClick to anyone who has out of date/print cassettes they wish to convert to CD or MP3.
Good investment, but it takes a little effort to get the most value from it

I'm pretty happy with this. The sound quality is surprisingly good, given that the tapes I wanted to digitize were old and home made. The plastic feels a bit flimsy, but I think it's reasonable for the low cost. Support answered questions promptly. Learning the software (audacity for the Mac) takes a little doing. I got decent results immediately and I'm spending some time reading up and experimenting to improve the results. I wanted to mention it because a lot of the bad reviews mention things I worked through in an hour -- this isn't effort free, but the technology has gotten way easier in recent years, so expect to put a little time and thought into getting the results you want. I had some unique tapes with sentimental value, and it's a big deal for me that I can bring them up to present day.
