I'm very upset with this item. My daughter turned 5 in January, I ordered this in Feb because she is so passionate about music. We don't have TVs in the rooms, so I wanted her to be able to play her own music. We received it and she LOVED it. Ut worked fine for awhile, but started messing up. Yesterday it completely stopped working. We've tried everything. She's only had it a MONTH. She took such great care of it, shes very responsible for her age, and it completely just stopped working. Shes very sad and blames herself, even though she didn't do anything to it. I'm very upset. Shes been through so much this past year and she deserved to have this one thing. Won't be buying again.
Stops working after just a few uses (and conveniently after the return window expires). Waste of money!

Should have heeded the advise of other users. This product is terrible! The sound quality is pretty mediocre (which wasn't too surprising) but after just a few uses and no mishandling of any kind, it stopped working properly and now causes frequent skipping when playing CDs. Can't return it because the return window expired and don't want to go through the hassle of getting it 'repaired' through the warranty, not to mention paying for shipping and return shipping etc.

well NOW even the FM RADIO has gone silent!!! now it ONLY has the AM working. I suspect that'll stop soon.
what a piece of crap this product is. They should be DISGUSTED with themselves!!!! I should demand a refund, but I think it's a useless activity. I'll have to settle with the somewhat satisfying feeling of a BAD REVIEW.

Cute, work well, easy to carry. Its not very expensive looking or expensive sounding. But I play a lot of books-on-DVD and I love this. It has radio am/fm and DVD player. The sound is good and great for moving around my apartment when I'm doing chores. I love the orange color and its lightweight. I would purchase again (perhaps quality for high school or college student). I'm way beyond that and love the product.
