Fresh ground flour is full of nutrition that you can't get from store bought flour. I had a Nutramill before. This grinder is much better. And much quieter. I highly recommend this mill. It's also easy to use and clean. Plus I had to put a cloth over my old mill because flour dust was getting in the air. The Wonder Miller doesn't have that problem.

The wondermill is a great product. It grinds the flower finally even my sprouted grain flour. I do have to pre grind my legumes before I put them in with the other grains. But I wouldn't give it up now for nothing
