Falls to pieces with normal use

At first (like other reviewers) we absolutely loved this product. But in less than one year of completely normal use it has fallen apart. The dividers have pulled out several times and it is now impossible to repair it due to the poor way the pieces are attached/constructed. What a waste of money and how aggravating!
