This product did not work, no response to incoming calls.

Sorry to say, this unit did not work for me. When powered up, the display showed a time-of-day (only way to set it to the correct time is to get an incoming call), the FLASH function worked, the phone connected to the unit worked, but the Caller ID unit would not respond to incoming calls. That makes it not much more than a plastic paperweight that displays the wrong time of day. Numerous resets did not make a difference. Caller ID units on our other phones worked normally. The smell of hot epoxy from the unit was unpleasant. Processed a return with Amazon the same day I received the product.

I am happy with the unit itself, but it came with 4 batteries that were leaking acid. So I had to go and buy my own batteries before I could use it.
