I like the price of the transfer. But to flexible and could not use it but the one time, because flexing caused it to make the transfer from the bed to the wheelchair a near fall for my patient so not very good when your patient cannot move at all to assist in the transfer.

It is very easy to transfer between wheelchair and bed because the plastic board is wider and thinner than wood board. It also a little bends.

Thickness helps when moving from mattress or chair to the board but it's also sturdy. My major issue involves it moving off my wheelchair when transferring from the bed to wheelchair. I haven't found an antislip tape to sttach to the board. I don't use it to independently which is unfortunate. The width is great for body stability.
