This cable performed admirably to get my Symbol DS6707 whose USB settings were misconfigured connected to 123Scan long enough to reset them. It appears to be manufactured to a similar quality to the first-party cables that came with my scanners. I can't speak to its durability in a working environment as I only use it to fix scanners that won't connect over USB. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't come with the required power adapter, but I was able to find one pretty easily.
