This is the only oil I use for cooking!

Rice Bran Oil is amazing! I was told about it from a chef at a cooking class. It is light and surprising not greasy after deep frying. It doesn't leave a thick residue. Rice bran oil is very heat resistant and doesn't burn as easily as olive oil and is just as healthy (for an oil)! I use this for all my cooking as well as for salad dressings. It is the only oil I use!
