Yummy stuff... try it out. Replace some flour with this in your next cookie recipe to increase the softness of cookie and enhance its flavor. I think replacing up to 1/3 of your flour should work fine... I push it by replacing as much as 1/2 the flour, but too much will make cookies easy to crumble.

I was hesistant to buy it at first because of the other reviews but still I bought it for a pistachio macaron. Mine came fine and has a 1 year of expiration. It was more easier for me to used this instead of making my own pistachio flour.
