I'd been an avid Gringo Bandito fan for a few years so I figured it was time to try the others.
The classic is delicious as always, with just a light amount of heat and plenty of flavor it goes well with just about everything.
The Green Habanero is very mild as far as heat and tastes amazing on tacos. An excellent sauce to get you into hot sauces.
The Super Hot was also quite mild, definitely not a mouth scorcher and actually quite delicious. This one has a little more vinegar/garlic/onion to the flavor and also tastes amazing on everything.
Gringo Bandito sauces seem to place more emphasis on flavor over heat and it shows. These are just damn good hot sauces that go well with everything.

It's wonderful on the right kinds of food.

I'll admit, I bought this primarily because I'm both a pepperhead and an Offspring fan. I don't know if I would have sprung for it otherwise, but I'm glad I did.
In terms of heat, the original is comparable to Tapatio or Valentina: it's no slouch but it's not going to fry your taste buds. It ain't Dave's Insanity Sauce but it ain't Texas Pete either. Verde is quite a bit less intense, and the extra-hot is only a little bit more.
The flavor of both the original and extra-hot is very heavily spiced. It's very cumin-forward, and I can taste other spices in there too. While there's some vinegar flavor, it's not as intense as something like Crystal or even Tapatio. (Frankly I like a vinegar-forward sauce but I know not everyone does.) Verde is fairly vegetal, which works well.
Overall, it's quite opinionated. It doesn't work on every food because it's so spiced. However, it would be brilliant on Tex-Mex food or others that have similar flavor profiles.
