I've never had a trainer and this received good reviews. It came in its own box and was a little beat up by the shipping company but there is only the trainer and the skewer and manual included and nothing fell out! It was quick to set up. You unfold the legs, replace your bike's skewer with the included one and follow simple directions to mount it on the trainer. I have a Specialized Mountain Bike and it works nicely. Was worried the skewer wouldn't work but my bike has a quick release skewer just like the one included and they recommend to use and so I didn't need a "Traxle". They have cone adapters and other skewers you can order if the included one doesn't work. The manual was skimpy and had to dig for information by going to their website. The Bluetooth capability is very cool. Downloaded the free app for iPhone and you get free workout and videos. It specifically says to mount the bike first and then you can access the workouts. The BT power sensor can tell when you're on the bike. Took me a bit to figure that one out. My mountain bike wheel does make it sound like I'm vacuuming upstairs my husband said and so I might get a training tire - or we can wear earplugs LOL. Glad I made this purchase!

Love it, very realistic road feel and after reading the reviews it is quieter than I anticipated

I love my new Kinetic smart trainer! After taking it out of the box the first thoughts were the SUPERIOR quality of the way it's built. After a very easy setup of my Trek carbon bike onto it I was off for my first 24 mile ride in my heated garage with 2 feet of snow outside, it works flawlessly and was amazed at how quiet it was, almost silent. I know have it paired with Zwift for rides with others around the world!

Great trainer! The best one I've ever owned. Set up was a breeze. Equipment isn't too heavy. Both my bike and my wife's bike fit on the trainer very well.

Have used this for most of the winter months and really like it. Great resistance and gives a really good workout.
