Cheap vise!

Worked fine at first. Then bottom guide rod detached from moveable jaw and had to be hammered in (press fit) every so often. Worm drive held in place by split ring; it split and moveable jaw had to be pulled open.

Not bad. I used this vise during the construction of my AR. It holds reasonably well but the clamp started to slide off of the table a bit from the pressure of the torque wrench, but this could be due to the somewhat softer wood of the table I was using. Also the flat part of the screw - the part that should meet the bottom of the table when mounting it - fell off fairly soon after first use. It still works, but now I have to put that piece back in place every time I tighten it down. Not the end of the world, but annoying.
For the price, this thing's fine for moderate use. Not a tool to last a lifetime or anything but good enough for most small jobs.

I should say it's quite small, maybe the picture is a little bit makes me think it could be not as tiny as in the real world. After I get the clamp, it's so tiny, and the clamp is fairly hard to clamp the copper pipe I'm working on firmly.

So far so good. Time will tell if the clamp is strong enough to attach this vise to a 2X8 table top and allow sharpening of lawnmower blades.
Once upon a time, tools displayed the imprinted MADE IN USA when they were made here. There is NOTHING on the tool that says where this vise is made. It's not on the YOST box, either.

Good little vise. I use it to hold small parts that I work on. It clamps to my table and is very sturdy. I just ordered the 4 inch rubber jaws
