Let me first begin, I have been working in medical for a little over eight years now. Every now and then I need to do a manual BP. It's nice to have a pulse ox around to catch the HR and O2 stat. And specially when doing a road trip to check a PT for desat.
The package arrived faster than I expected. I checked the Pulse ox to our calibrated machines. The readings were very accurate, only 2+ to 2- at most on HR and the O2 @ RA was both reading the same. It's still brand new so I can't speak for normal wear and tear over time. I haven't had it long enough. But I am very pleased with my order.

Great pulse oximeter for work or personal use

Great product with a great great price. I purchased this pulse oximeter because people at my company keep losing them. This little thing works better than the company equipment. If you buy one of these keep an eye on it. It might walk-off it's so tiny. :)

This is a very interesting Oximeter as its display shows a linear graph of the pulse. You can can actually see irregularity in the blood pulse. The device seem quit accurate, I tested it against the device in my doctor's office and it matched fairly closely. The strap and the case are nice to have also. It is easy to use.

Accurate, easy to read, Display options for right or left hand viewing. Compact carrying case with carabiner or option to wear on a lanyard for easy mobility. Also comes with protective silicone cover. Excellent for someone who must always have on hand.

I actually got this for my spouse for a Christmas gift. (He requested it.) It works well, and it meets all of our expectations. We had a pleasant experience in terms of the product and in terms of getting the product in time and it was wrapped well when it was shipped to us.
