I got these for my mom as she recovered from knee replacement surgery. they were very absorbent and leak proof even after having them on overnight. I couldn't always get her up and to the bathroom fast enough and we never had an issue. We ran our and had to get Depends from the local drug store and they did not have the same level of leak protection. she would end up with urine running down her leg. so I highly recommend this product.

I have been using Tena brand briefs for about 6 months. I tried several other brands, but decided I liked Tena the best. Until it came time to order more and they were not available through the usual Amazon seller/store. The other stores were charging twice as much as I was used to spending. So I decided to try the LivDri briefs instead. I was not sure they would work for me, as they are designed for both men and women. Which means that not all the padding is in the right place for me. But I liked the fact that they have elastic all the way around the legs. Figured that would help prevent leaking overnight. And it did, sorta. I got the right size, based on my waist size and they fit well enough. But they are a little baggy and the padding is not quite right - wide in the crotch, baggy at the hips. I miss my Tenas, but these will do until the prices normalize again. But I don't think I will buy more of this spec if kind of LivDri briefs.

This is a pricey adult diaper, I'm on a $700 a month Social Security income and have to watch all my pennies and this diaper is worth every penny. I have tried and tried different brands. This is the ONLY brand that does not leak when I use. I am in Pelvic Floor Therapy to address my incontinence issues but, if I have to continue using the diapers daily, these are the diapers I will be using.
