My honest assement of this product is. The little red ball inside the strap is useless because it's not big enough to cause any real effective pressure on the muscle. If the ball was larger or was a disc it would be much more effective. The strap is nice and wide and tightens quite nicely. Some slight Improvement on this design is needed and would make it a better product.

Other counter force braces have been helping me with lifting weights with my tennis elbow, however, this brace is amazing for recovering as well. I spent the night wearing it and I woke up without pain in the morning, which normally is when I felt it the most. The design could be improved with a larger ball inside.
