Mad my pain much worse. The angle degree is entirely too bent and the main middle strap is located exactly where the majority of Ulnar Nerve Entrapment occurs which causes a high level of ulnar nerve pain and increased entrapment.
if you have ulnar nerve entrapment, avoid this product. Get a good quality ice pack and ice it and sleep on your stomach until you can manage your pain with therapy.

Brace helps 4 after cubital tunnel syndrome after surgery like previous reviewer said. Helps with nerve pain a lot. I wear 2 bed about 2-4 times a week(breaking in still). Only problem is getting out of bed(difficult/awkward) + removing + replacing eye glasses 1 handed. Best Brace 4 MY Condition!!!

All these ready-made braces are too bulky and ill fitting. Occupational therapists uses Thermoplastic Splinting 1 Sheet - Perf White . get a sheet of this, put it in the oven or hot water for a minute, then mold it to your arm, let it cool off until it hardens. add velcro tape in 4 places to fasten it to your arm. google: "how to make an thermoplastic elbow splint"

Great product. I dont know who would wear the large size but its very big even on my 6' husband. I should have went with medium but its ok. Durable and will last and actually does immobilize the elbow.
wow, impressed!

I'm 5'2 this is a little longer than what the placement shows in the picture, but this is my only complaint. I felt immediate relief in my elbow/arm as soon as I put it on, it is possible to put on yourself without help and gets easier once you get the hang of it. for the past 5 mths I have been woken up every hour in excruciating pain and taking hours to fall back asleep again due to the pain only to be woken up again an hour later , and last night was the first solid night sleep I have gotten in, what feels like, forever. it's taking some getting used to, I wear it on my left arm & I am left handed (not fun) but so much pressure has been taken off of my elbow
