I am very pleased and impressed with my elbow compression sleeves. I have been using other elbow sleeves but they tend to be uncomfortable, especially when trying to sleep with them on, the Nordic lifting sleeves tend to create a little discomfort when initially put on but become very comfortable soon there-after and actually aid in my comfort when trying to sleep. After wearing them for the day I can actually remove them and still experience a comfort level that I haven't had in years. Great product! Bye the way cleaning instruction on the box would help. Can I just wash them? Seriously thinking of trying the knee sleeves, is there aa full body sleeve available? Made in USA would be nice.

I have elbows that make my forearms stick out about 30 degrees from my sides. This has always been a problem with straight bar exercises which caused pain. After about 15 years of heavy lifting and a wrestling background in middle, high school and college my bicep tendon is felt the wear and tear on it. The Nordic Compression sleeves have took away so much of the pain I normally feel. I have only had them on about 2 weeks now, but I can tell the difference already. I think possibly because I keep the compression sleeve on at night on my most effected arm.

Good price, especially for two. Prompt delivery and well packaged. The sleeves (so far) seem to be helpful with my elbow tendinitis. They are supportive without being constricting and I appreciate the fact that they retain warmth-I tend to leave them on for a period of time after exercise. I typically use the sleeve and a compression band on one arm that is especially tender when lifting and have found that using both the sleeve and the compression band together is appreciably better than the compression band alone. Time will tell if the improvement continues and I will update this review at some point.

Make sure to keep bicep size in mind when measuring, as these are a little tight on the upper arm.

Reduced elbow and arm soreness after a round of golf... I've had moderate golfers elbow over the years and lately have been experiencing generally sore elbows and related tendons after several rounds of golf over consecutive days. Thought I'd give these a try. Without question my elbows and arms feel much better. My elbow circumference was right in the middle of Medium size range and it fit me perfectly - reasonably snug. They were a bit uncomfortable for the first 5 minutes or so, after which I played the remainder of the round without noticing the sleeves at all. Not sure how they might feel when it gets really hot.
Overall the quality is seems very good. I haven't washed them yet but I don't expect any issues if hand washed in warm water.
