I thank to manufacture for this product. I have never been able to grow fingernail. They have always been brittle and thin. I now find myself needing to cut them. I have not notices much of a difference in my hair, I would like to give it more time. Skin... well I am 64 we may need to wait a bit on that results also.. I feel I am on my way to better Hair, Skin and I know nails.

I have been taking this supplement for two years now, and I tell people about it all of the time. It has definitely improved the quality of my hair and nails. I think that the majority of people don't give it enough time before giving up on it. You will notice a difference in your nail growth and strength before you see a difference in your hair. Think how long it takes for hair to grow......you just have to give it some time. Even my hair stylist comments on how much healthier my hair is since taking this supplement. Take one every day......and have patience! :)

I have been taking this for a couple of years, I love it My Nails are very hard now,I never could grow nail before,now I have great stong nails.
I was going a little Thin on the top of my head- hair now full again. I will add you have to take this for at least 3-6 months before you will really see the difference.

On my second bottle already a good 2 inches of hair growth for me. I have grade 4 c natural hair this is working wonders. Nail beds are pink, tips are white, strong and hard nails. Broke nail all the way down to meat unloading dishwasher had new tip in less than 10 days. As for skin it seems more blotchy to me not seeing any improvement. Hate the use of soy oil too in the product. Can't win everything aye. Overall I'm happy
