I like just about everything with this guitar, the craftsmanship is great and the look is beautiful, sounds deep and clean for it size and the electronics onboard are very nice and convenient, upon receiving my guitar though I had to adjust the action and intonation and string height and make adjustments to the Neck, afterwards, I was stoked
Absolutely beautiful

Buy ONE before there are NONE! The finish is gorgeous; it's more beautiful in person. The sound is wonderful. There are better guitars out there but there are much worse. It sounds as better than any guitar I've heard in the $200-$290 dollar range. It doesn't stay in tune long but that's likely because the strings need to stretch (I'll update later) There's a built-in-tuner which takes less than a minute to tune. The action is a bit high but I'm used to a hollow electric. I plan to sand the saddle down and make truss rod adjustment (I plan to replace the plastic nut, saddle and bridge pins with bone). It's too bad the maker didn't do this originally. It's an awesome looking guitar that resonates beautifully. if you're in the market for ANY guitar buy this one first.
Nice looking guitar but mine needs a setup

This is a nice looking guitar and sounds nice enough acoustically. The action on this guitar is very high and needs a solid setup. The nut is high but not terrible and the saddle is very high. The relief on the neck is about right. The frets are a bit rough on the edges and could use some filing and polishing. The frets themselves could use polishing as well. This is about what I would expect for a $130 guitar. If you want more fit and finish you'll need to spend a bit more for this like $300 or so.
I fully expected to have to set this up, polish frets and file fret ends to be really nice. If you can do this stuff yourself, like me, then great otherwise expect to spend another $100-150 on set up and finishing touches.
I am replacing the plastic nut and saddle with bone, and the bridge pins with brass. This is only about $20 but again you have to fit and finish the nut and saddle yourself. This is not hard but you need some basic skills and tools to do this.
I would buy this again since I can set this up.
If You can't then I'd go to a guitar store where You can pick one where the setup is ok.
Otherwise expect to pay for a setup, then again maybe you get lucky.

Great value!

I'm giving it 5 stars largely because of the value for money and because 4.5 isn't an option. There are better guitars out there obviously but if you have some basic (and I mean BASIC) woodworking skills along with the ability to watch YouTube videos, you can set this thing up to be a damn nice guitar. It showed up with a cheap plastic nut, saddle and bridge pins that already had grooves worn into them. I tuned it up and it already sounded damn nice. Better, or at very least as good as, any guitar I've heard in the $100-$300 dollar range. I replaced the plastic bits with bone and the tone is even better now. That only cost me $16.00 to do. It comes with D'Addario's on it so it's the only sub $300 guitar that I wouldn't recommend changing the strings on imediately. I will say, it doesn't hold tune as long as I would like but that's as likely as not because it's new and needs to settle a bit longer. This problem is somewhat negated by the built in tuner. It literally takes less than 30 seconds to tune up. Also when it arrived, the action was incredibly high. Being use to an electric with lighter gauge strings, it felt like each finger was trying to push a city bus up hill. I ground the saddle down and made a small truss rod adjustment and now the action is phenomenal. I spent about $140.00 to get a really cool looking guitar that plays and sounds like a $300.00+ guitar. So, it takes some setup to get it really good and I would recommend spending the extra $16 to put a bone nut, saddle and bridge pins on it but if you're in the market for an inexpensive guitar that sounds really good, take the chance. You'll at very least get your money's worth.
So Happy I took a Chance on This!

I genuinely love this guitar. My work often takes me all over the United States for months at a time and that gives me no outlet to play music. I wanted to buy a guitar that was at a cheap price and I wouldn't worry about it getting wear and tear from travel. This guitar however sounds absolutely wonderful. I am/was very pleasantly surprised. The guitar itself is beautiful. The finish is gorgeous and I've never seen a guitar that looks like it before. It actually resonates pretty loudly and I have no issues with keeping it in tune. The built-in tuner works great. For $139.00, you simply cannot beat this guitar. A friend of mine recently bought a Fender Tim Armstrong acoustic electric for the same reason as me and actually says he likes mine better. It's tough to find any information on the company G .Great, but it's a subsidiary of one of China's biggest guitar makers, Kapok. I really really like this guitar and am very happy to be adding it to my arsenal.
