They need to do better cold packing

My bundle contained 1 small cabbage, 3 baby bok choy, 2 green + 1 red bell pepper, 3 heads garlic, 2 large yellow onions, 3 large carrots, small bundle green onions. Most were good but the bok choy was limp and one pepper was crushed and slimy. There was a cold pack in the box that was completely defrosted and was actually hot! Sturdier packaging and better cooling is required.

I did get 5 pounds of very fresh veggies. Only one bok choy though. Picture shows 3, 2 would have been nicer. I got one garlic and two peppers. The cabbage and onions were nice and big, which probably was the bulk of the weight.
Maybe the seller should note the picture is for reference only due to the weight of the items. It's impossible to grow everything into an exact weight.
Would I order again?, YES, the quality of the veggies are excellent. And I understand the number of items can be adjusted to hit 5 pounds.
