I wear these in my bras almost every single day. Some of the cups of my bras are flimsy with no padding or support at all and this provides that little something something that makes we look better and feel better. Plus, nobody knows when the TaTas are chilly!

Subpar product. Very obvious that you have bikini liners in your triangle bikini top. Too bulky and not seamless. I'd"‹ recommend finding another product.

I wished these would have been softer. They are a little hard and I would've liked less padding. If you just want shape and boost, you might like these though.

Pads get thinner as you get closer to the edges so that the edges are not too obvious through clothes. Pads are also a little stiffer than I am used to, which keeps its shape and keeps edges from folding while in the bra. For these reasons, seems durable and smooth--good quality. Also looks nearly (not completely) natural. It is technically not a push up as others have commented, as it doesn't push your assets up with the weird uncomfortable bulges on the skin-side of the inserts. It is, however, thicker in the middle (at least a centimeter thick, maybe more like a centimeter and half, I don't have calipers so don't know for sure) than I was hoping for. And because it's relatively stiff, the inserts do not compress well, adding quite a bit to your natural breast size. Depending on your breast size, this can look a tiny bit unnatural since the augmentation is concentrated pretty much in the middle. Others may want inserts to increase breast size, but I knocked a star off as I was looking for something much lighter that would provide just a little shaping and modesty (I hate raisins) rather than the appearance of increased size.
