This back brace is incredible. As a full time mother of 4 young kids, I constantly have severe back and waist pain. The moment I put it on, I felt a great support. After 2 hours, the pain from my waist disappeared! I now wear it whole day while I carry my babies, wash dishes, change diapers and all house chores... I feel much better at the end of the day! Mothers, please save your back and get one now! Oh and also, this brace is fashionable like a wide belt. Thanks for the info about the manual, but I was ahead of you. I had already printed it. I have been in chronic pain since the seventies due to a disc. I put the brace on for the one-hour trial and did not want to take it off. It reduced my pain by ninety-five percent. In the seventies the doctor had me fitted for a back brace with thirteen inch steels down the back. You were clinched in like a corset right down to the uncomfortable stays on the side. When you leaned forward the back stuck out on an angle. The doctor had me wearing it all day every day for over one year. My back collapsed inside the brace, thirty-three vertebrae shifted and were all pinching nerves. Therefore, I am well aware of what happens if over used. Thanks to this really wonderful and comfortable brace, I can. Wear it to vacuum, dust, mop, hold my little dog in my arms for more than two minutes, and bend over and come back up without severe pain. As I am allergic to anything stronger than Advil, this is a God send. Thank you with all my heart!!!!!

I have had better braces then this one. I move around a lot at work. While wearing this brace it made me sweat like crazy compared to other ones I have used. By the end of my shift my back was killing me. I wanted to return this item but returns are not available.

Been absolutely miserable since April 2015 and per doctor's orders been trying to,find a brace that was comfortable and helped with pain, but up to last one I was made only more uncomfortable. With current one becoming well used and Velcro failing I decided to try this one. Although complete relief wasn't made nor expected, Iwas pleasantly surprised! excellent! not only providing perfect support of lumbar and sacral areas, but very comfortable. I was able to even ride in a car again with bursting in tears going over bumps as well some activities such as household chores (albeit little at a time)!
