I believe this is a great head and was surprised to get that much value for that little money. I can put my Nikon D850 with the Nikon 200-500 and it will set without moving and hold. I'd buy it again, but I have three tripods and five heads. :-)
Light Weight Swiss Arca Travel Solution

I bought this for the Swiss Arca compatability, but I was very pleased to discover how light weight it is. This Benro will now be my travel ball head on both a monopod and a tripod. It holds a big Nikon with various f/2.8 long lenses surprisingly well, and the movement is smooth. I'm impressed with the build quality and how well the quick release works with various Arca plates I already own. Good value, I think.

I wish I had bought this ball head before. I bought it to replace the original ball head on the Benro IT15, my favorite travel tripod so far. The ball head on the IT15 (or on the Travel Angel) doesn't have a pano-knob and as I find myself doing more and more panoramic shots with my camera, I decided to get this one. Some additional pros:
- More robust than the original ball heads on travel tripods.
- Slightly bigger than original ball heads, but not to the point of preventing the legs from collapsing.
- Capable of handling heavier loads.
- Great construction quality.
- Adequately priced when compared to similar products.

Great Ball Head

After being a long time user of Manfrotto heads, I decided to get this for my Manfrotto Element Traveler Small (MKELES5BL-BH). I replaced the stock head on this tripod with the Benro IB0 and I must say I am very happy with it. Very smooth movement and love the lock for the Arca Swiss mount. Took a few tries to get used to the lock but after that its a sinch to use. The IB0 is about the same size as the Manfrotto stock head that comes on this tripod so you can still fold this up easily and put it in the carrying bag. Would highly recommend this head to anyone looking for a new one.
