Our office had always used the single side scanner and had to turn the card over quickly and feed it back in order to scan both sides. Now, all the card scanning workstation users want the Duplex Scanner. It installed quickly and has worked flawlessly with our medical software.

This product would not scan consistently. Even my IT professional was unable to operate it. I am returning it and purchasing a different brand.
