You know I bought this product because of all the positive reviews that I saw on Amazon but I have to say I feel that this product literally may have saved my life my brother passed away from Crohn's disease at 51 years old last year and about two years ago my bowel habits changed drastically and more recently in the last 6 to 8 months it has become critical with constipation bloating etc. I was beginning to really worry that I would go down the same path that my brother went. Whatever is in this product is magical ! I had to consume it with food and sometimes when I was constipated I had to take it morning and night but overall I take it with my evening meal and it has normalized my bowel movements and now I don't have to worry about that anymore I'm forever thankful I hope you guys stay in business forever !!

I've had lactose issues, indegestion, other digestive issues. I started last year. The first two days I felt a little feverish, with in an hour or so of taking it. It lasted a couple hours, then was gone. It can't give an exact time frame because I'd imagine it works different for different people. Since taking it, I've had an easier time digesting milk/cheese, indigestion is less and other issues are better. I stoped after the initial 60 pills ran out and was fine for 2-3 months before I started having issues again. I think it's very important to take it at least 30 minutes before eating so the pill can pass the stomach before opening so the little buggers make it to the right spot.

It was the best recommended, so I said, "why not". This has been the best thing. I now have my fiancé taking one in the morning, as it keeps us regulated. It gets rid of the bad toxins in your colon and helps keep the lining clean. At night we also take a capsule of magnesium citrate and cleanse more. This combination works really good for us.
I recommend anyone in their late 20's to early 30's to take a probiotic. Don't wait until you have stomach issues.

I really like this probiotic - and myself - like many others - have come to realize how important supplementing with probiotics is to good gut health.
