Well made dog door

Love this dog door! We got it to replace an existing one that lost the plastic. So far it is holding up super well! Only thing that I wish is that it was a little longer because my larger dog hits his back legs on it.
Buy some other pet door!

Poorly made and extremely hard to properly install. The round rubber seals require that you have three good hands and lots of luck to install. I finally gave up and installed it without them. One of the magnets fell out as I opened the box. The flap seals were falling off, right out of the box. The plastic door had scratches on it (a return item???). After (and before) installing it, the door rubs against the door frame and binds. I had to shave some of the plastic with a Dremel tool before it worked. I've installed five different pet doors of various sizes, four different brands, and this one is the worst of the lot. I am not an amateur, having worked in careers that required both fine and gross motor skills, and I recognize poor quality when I see it. This is poor design and poor workmanship.
It was great for the price until the dog broke the flap ...

Fuzzy stuff on the side of the flap eventually falls off but needed the size for a fat dog.

As other reviews have stated, the instructions could use some detail.
The door doesn't close.. I have to kick it outward to ensure it seals.
Speaking of sealing.. the weather stripping is guaranteed to make you rage, so ensure that you give that a spin before you cut a huge hole in your door and start throwing tools across the room.
Buy this door if you need a reason to rage quit.
