I just replaced another PetSafe pet door that I installed 4.5 years ago. This was the same size as the original one except the other one was not the Extreme Weather model. Height wise this fit the same hole however width wise this was about an inch narrower. Other than it making my dog unable to hit the door at 100mph because the width, it is a quality door.
Works well, wasn’t difficult to install.

This was a replacement for a single flap door. High winds and hard rains will leak through occasionally, but I am generally pleased with it. Plus, I put the old and new covers on at night or during storms and that works very well.

I had to purchase this because the external, insulated door for my house that I bought from Lowe's came with a single flap pet door (dumb!). This is the second time I purchased this pet door (since Lowe's hauled away the old door with the insulated pet door still in it).
This pet door is great despite my grievances with Lowe's and annoyance at having to buy it twice. It was fairly easy to install, but the screws that come with it are plastic and slightly flimsy. If you ever need to remove and reinstall the door, you will need to break the plastic screws to uninstall and buy new ones to reinstall. Otherwise, this is a good product that helps keep the winter snow and cold out of the house.
