Bought this to replace a Craftsman pressure washer pump no. B4925A. The pump shaft hole and key are one piece on original unit. You will need to buy a 3/16x 1 or 1.5 inch key in order to mount this pump. This replacement has a groove to accept key as does the engine shaft. This was for Craftsman pressure washer model 580.768330. Big inconvenience to not be included. Saving pennies by not including. Seller responded that some models have a transferable key. True. But some don't. So no reason to not include it
