Steel just isn't up to the job...

Ok, look, the product is fine - well-made, exactly as described, etc. The problem is that stainless steel is an unsuitable vessel for a sparkling drink, such as Champagne. The inside of this cup is riddled with microscopic semi-porous imperfections. When you pour a carbonated drink (especially one as tightly carbonated as Champagne) into these flutes, those imperfections become what's called "nucleation points." Nucleation points are physical disturbances in a glass that agitate the dissolved gasses and start the formation and release of bubbles. TL;DR: Your wine fizzes like crazy as soon as it touches the inside of these flutes and is almost instantly flat. So, if the sparkling part of sparkling wines is important to you, stick with a glass or crystal flute.

I bought a set of wine glasses and just loved them. So I bought these for my brother and sister-in-law. We love champagne and it never fails that a glass gets broken. These are perfect.

Its a cup and it does what it is supposed to do. However, if you want to drink champagne from these, the metal will flatten the champagne, making it much less enjoyable. If you are drinking any non-sparkling drink, its good, but avoid anything that you want to stay bubbly.
