I'm B737 captain. "Y" cord to earphones are thin/fragile. Bose & DC have better single cord. Overall wire length too short (can't reach gear handle). Mic is NOT noise canceling, so not effective with open mic.
Great ANR headsets for a great price!

Noise reduction better than my $700 David Clarks! (We were flying a Cirrus SR22, which is fairly loud.) We've only used them a few times, but my wife and 5-yr-old daughter found them comfortable enough to wear the entire flight, about 3.5 hours. No bluetooth, but you can plug in any device (table, phone, iPod, etc) for aux audio. My daughter was able to watch/listen to movies, games, etc on her iPad. We love how light they are, and they fold nicely into a compact carrying case, provided. Batteries are built-in and charge via USB. I agree with the other review about lack of padding on the headband. I remedied this by buying neoprene luggage handle wraps and wrapping them around the headband. To make it fit my daughter's little head, I added a section of pipe insulation to the headband and wrapped that in the neoprene luggage handle wraps. Perfect! It's lighter than any of the "kid's" aviation headsets out there, and it has ANR, too! I can't speak to the long-term durability, but so far, no problems.
Priced right.

Customer service is a 5 star see below. You're sacrificing durable construction for lightweight which do you want? Ear-cups are smaller than usual, but I have a big head and probably bigger that average ears and the fit is comfortable.
Negatives:
-First one I received had a short when the ANR was turned on which caused the input and output to go in and out.
-Headband has no padding and gets uncomfortable after an hour of so (this is where they lost a star). I took one off and old headset problem solved.
Positives:
-Great customer service they sent me a new one when I told them of the issue mentioned above. Took a week or less for delivery both times(from China).
-Super light weight.
-PNR pretty good despite small ear-cups.
-ANR is just as good as my other ANR (Faro), sorry don't have Bose or Lightspeed to compare to. Charges by USB, I've flown over 8 hours so far on one charge not sure how long it will last yet.
-Can't beat the price.
