- paper thin
- the app to take pictures and save, doesn't work right and the capture is very pixelated.
- documentation is poor. Not a complicated product, but which app to download, how to get to stand up eith the pen, etc is not there
- most of the documentation insists you register the product... website to register doesn't display the registration form so it's not possible.
For what it does, it works - but that's not impressive.

Fun and super alternative to media

Fun modern-day version of the etch a sketch. If you want to decrease time on media, this is a great alternative too. Play tic-tac-toe, hangman, draw pictures, etc. Kids love them. The holder for the stylus is not the best but it works. We did not buy a case for any of ours, and all 3 have gone unharmed for years.
Looks really good on my stainless steel fridge and definitely has helped ...

My biggest complaints are that the writing is still pretty dim and also I have a hard time getting the stylus out, but maybe that will change as it gets more worn over time.

Purchased for myself and the kids loved it so much we got them one for Christmas - huge hit!! 12 and 13 year olds who are bored at restaurants or in the car... this little board kept them occupied off and on for HOURS!!

It's a pretty neat piece of technology. I held off buying the last model because it lacked magnets but i prefer the old more square design. A couple small nitpicks are that the pen is hard to get out when hanging, the writing isn't as bright as the pictures here, and resting your palm on the surface will leave faint marks. It's great to not have to deal with messy markers that dry out and trying to erase a whiteboard, but you can only erase the whole screen here, so if you use it for a to-do list you have to cross items off.
