I bought this to work with my Lightspeed POS system. I checked the list of systems it would not work with and it was not on there. I inserted the so called "Installation Disk" and it was just a handful of random pictures. There was a girl in a field and some flowers. There were no other instructions. When I plugged it in ,y laptop starting installing it, it showed up on my printers but as a local usb and when I would try to print from it, it would not show up on the printers list. I tried to call the actual company that makes the printers and unless you use their POS system they will not help you. I have tried several printer to try to get them to work and it has been a nightmare. I would not suggest buying this printer unless you are using the revel systems POS.

Purchased this printer because it was cheaper than others by over $50. Mike helped set it up with the software when the software company would not help me. It works great - similar to Epson and Bixolon but a much better price. Tech support is great - quick response by email, phone and chat.

We purchased this printer because of its network capability. In our office we have a POS laptop, that gets used at multiple desks. With the network feature, as long as the laptop is logged in to wifi, this printer works flawlessly. We did have a little issue getting it configured properly, but that was before I contacted the company. I simply visited their website, requested help, and within 30 minutes the printer worked perfectly... So while the printer is great, the service was phenomenal...
