NO RETURN POLICY-MISLEADING AD

I recently ordered two ActiveGear Knee Braces. One was for my wife and one for myself. My wife likes hers because she only needs to wear the support for short periods of time. I have to work and need to wear a support brace all day. When I opened up the box there was a note indicating that this product should not be used more than 2 to 3 hours at a time and to check skin for possible rash or other skin related problems that could develop. Since I should not wear the support more than three hours it was worthless to me. I could not find this warning anywhere in the ActiveGear advertisement, so I decided to return my unused support for credit. That's when I discovered that it was not a returnable item. If the company won't return a unused brace support for credit they should at least let the buying public know about the short period wear disclosure upfront. I now have a support brace that I can't use.

Works great! Got these for my husband to use at work. He is a nurse and the hospital administrator on the night shift. This requires a lot of walking up and down there flights of stairs. He has torn cartilage in each knee from old football injuries. One knee has undergone surgery, the other is still awaiting surgery. These knee pads helped him so much that he has delayed his planned sugery. He can't say enough about them. He loves them!

I hurt my knee and had a problem finding one that fit it because it was so swollen. The first one I bought was so stiff and hard to put on that it gave me black and blue marks!. I ordered this one and it is so easy to put on, it is comfortable and the price is right. It has just the support without being bothersome and painful. I highly recommend this product.

I have a very bad knee due to arthritis which has resulted in my knee being bone on bone. I have very active for 69 years old and still exercise every day. I wear this knee support almost constantly and it really helps to relieve most of my knee pain and discomfort by the support it provides. Very soon I will be ordering another one although the one I have been wearing for months has not stretched but when I am washing this one I will have another one to wear.

I have been looking for a knee support that I can wear playing soccer for a long time. I have tried more than a dozen, but they all either slip down or dig into your thigh causing hamstring tears. This brace is amazing! If you get the right size, it does not move at all and because it is short, it does not cut into your thigh! For the first time since my knee has been bothering me, I did not need to put ice after playing and had no pain the next day!
It did feel a little uncomfortable at the back of the knee joint and I do not like the flashy logo and stripes, but it is still the most comfortable knee brace I have ever worn and it can be reversed so no logos or stripes are showing. I had no problem washing it in the laundry machine gentle cycle and letting it air dry.
