So far I am enjoying my new sugar substitute. I'm finding that it's not too sweet like splenda and there's not funny after taste like equal. I'm using it on my cups of tea mostly and it doesn't change the flavors, even in my delicate jasmine and chamomile. This is helping curb my sugar addiction so much, just keep it away from the cat.
If had any complaints it's the resealable top doesn't close easily from stuck crystals, so I use a dollar sealing jar. Not a big whoop.

I really like this product

I really like this product, especially as someone who DOES NOT like sugar substitutes, this is really good. It doesn't have an after taste like most others. I like Stevia as well, but it's so expensive, which is why I switched to this.
On a side note, for me personally, it makes me go to the bathroom shortly after consuming it. This doesn't happen to everyone, as it doesn't happen to my wife.

Great stuff, terrible package.

I've bought this product a couple times now. Reason is because it is much finer than other brands. Xylitol from other brands are usually closer to granular sugar, but that results in difficulty when dissolving in liquid. The Zint brand is fine enough to dissolve without trouble. It does, however, cake and clump, though the clumps break apart easily. Be sure to have a large container or bag, as the "reclosable seal" is complete rubbish and I have not once been able to close it properly. As most sugar substitutes, you have to ease into its use, as laxative effects are common. Regarding the non-gmo corn sourcing, it is much better a source as the production method is far more efficient and far less dangerous to the environment than the birch origin. This product is a tad cheaper than the products at my local Richards, I anticipate another 5lb bag purchase in a couple of weeks from my end.
Good for your teeth too? I'm IN!

I had never had xylitol but a friend told me it was great tasting and really good for my teeth! After much research I found this was in fact "a thing" and since I have been using this in my coffee I feel like my teeth are less temperature sensitive and stronger.. Awesome!
Great sugar substitute for flavor....but not quite for cooking.

Xylitol is an amazing sugar subtitute. It's minimal calories and tastes the same. Z!nt was priced so great that I thought I'd try it out over another brand. It's got the same flavor but I was disappointed that it didn't have the same consistency as sugar, like the other brand I'd chosen. If it were, it can be directly substituted for sugar in cooking. This is going to require some determination to figure out the right amount.
