If I have to take calcium supplements (doctor told me too) these citracal gummies are DELICIOUS! He put me on a diet too, but I don't care...of course medicine is not candy. This gummy supplement tastes just like candy. Keep out of reach of kids! I was also pleased to read that it has Vitamin D as well!
