Wow this was great and so easy to prepare, love the taste and it took me back home to the chippy. As described and great service
Yummy on French Fries!!

I love this curry sauce, it reminds me of the English chippy. Not exactly the same as chip shop sauce, but it's still good. I usually make up just enough for me and have it on mashed potatoes or French Fries. I also like it on pot pies. A little taste of home right in my cabinet! Very easy to make - boil some water and pour on the granules. I find that I need about one tablespoon of the granules to make about 1/4 cup of sauce.

If you've ever had Chinese curry and chips in England, then this will take you back there.
