Good but not perfect

This is a well made product, easy to fold up & stuff into the bag it comes with & easy to use. I liked that it was thinner on the back to help not push your head forward like some of the other neck pillows do. If you only tilt you head to the side when asleep, then this will work great for you. But it does not keep your head from falling forward when asleep, therefore defeating the purpose for me, because that seems to be the way my head ends up. Still searching for the "perfect" travel pillow: (
and while it is better than the regular travel pillows

Bought this for international flight, and while it is better than the regular travel pillows, it's not really all that better when you're sitting up. It's great for when you're seat is reclined though. It does keep your head from falling forward (annoying/wakes you up!), but it's a little uncomfortable when you're sitting, as I mentioned, since the back is still a little bulky. It's also a little warm. It comes with a bag, and it's easy to stow back into the bag. Okay overall, but not that great.
Maybe great for people with longer necks, but not great for me.

I really wanted to like this pillow--I read great things about it on wirecutter. Wirecutter is usually spot on when they review things.
Unlike certain reviewers, I got my travel bag with the pillow.
I was excited to test this out at home and when I did, I thought it seemed really comfortable.
However, when I was on the plane, I just couldn't get comfortable. I had a 10 hr flight and REALLY needed to get sleep b/c I would arrive in NY at around 7 am and didn't want to waste any time. In the end, I took the pillow off and was able to nap in a really awkward position. One of the problems with the pillow is that the sides are too high. I also feel like the pillow is a bit too firm as well. When I got back from my trip, I offered to let my cousin or sister borrow it for their upcoming trips, but they also said the sides were too high. I'm not sure what to do with this pillow--whether it will just take time to break in or maybe it just wasn't a good fit for me.
On my return flight, I ended up using an IKEA travel pillow. I loved the softness of travel pillow and how you can inflate it to just the amount you need. I was only able to catch a short nap coming home and it was just okay in comfort. The search for the perfect travel pillow continues.

Best neck pillow I've used on long, international flights!

I travel every year overseas and this is the first neck pillow that actually helped on 12 hour flights!
Pros:
So sturdy!
Keeps your head from falling forward
Can be adjusted with a velcro strap on the front
Cover comes off to be washed
Comes with a travel bag which makes it easy to attach to a backpack or carry one when you're running through the airport!
Cons:
None with normal use. But I did use this as a regular pillow when there wasn't any where I was staying. I twisted, scrunched, and folded it the wrong way so often that the foam started to tear. I only noticed this when I took the cover off to wash. I'm guessing it wouldn't happen with normal use on a plane.
I would buy it again!

Great product and could be even better with some slight adjustments

My husband and I recently went on a road trip from Texas to California. Both of us used this travel pillow and were pretty satisfied. I'm petite, so it seemed like it was too large, the velcro piece worked but there was a large gap even when tightened all the way. However, I was still able to nap comfortable on the right and left side (no front support) without waking up with neck pain. Definitely the best neck pillow I have used, but could be improved by possibly having different sizes to choose from and making it in a way that doesn't make your neck feel like it's wearing a winter coat! My husband had no complaints and was also able to nap in the car.
