Otherwise they're really nice tools.

Mine came with two m8 taps and no m10 tap, wires part is that I need the m10... Otherwise they're really nice tools.

Great kit and 1/3 of cost locally. Just add loc-tite to your order and your all set nothing else needed
Nice to know I have many other sizes in case ...
I bought this•August 29, 2017
This is cheaper than buying one M6 Helicoil at my local auto store. Nice to know I have many other sizes in case I strip threads again. This helped me with my Husqvarna HU800awd (Honda GCV190 engine) lawn mower carburetor. I stripped the threads on the aluminum engine, the M6 size is what I needed and worked out perfect.
Works ok, but bit of a learning curve.

Nice set of helicoils and tools, but I struggled to get them installed in a blind hole. The installation tool bottomed out and deformed before the coil was fully seated. Would be better if the installation tool had a shorter tip so it wouldnt hit before the coil was seated.
The instructions are pretty awful, but after a few failures, I managed to get my project completed.

Poor quality materials and build

Poor quality materials and build. The steel is not hardened, as it should be for tools. My 6mm coil insertion tool is not cut in the center of the shaft, so it's hard to remove from the coil after it's been inserted.
This same Chinese made set is being rebranded and sold by numerous vendors and can be had on the internet for $25 to $50, with this one from Amazon being the highest priced that I've seen.
Don't waster your money and buy a decent set of tools, these are one-time use disposable tools and the helicoil inserts that come with the set are too short for most practical applications. For my one an only use so far, I had to buy longer coils from McMaster Carr.
