I ordered this product twice because the size was too large the first time, I wear a size 4 or 5 pants and I have large hips but my ribcage area (which is wear the top of the trainer hits) is smaller so the bottom fit but the top didn't. When I ordered the small however, the top fit perfect but the bottom was hard to get closed. All in all, the quality is amazing for the price and I would order until I got the sizes straight because it's well made.

the quality I very good for the price. it does not look or feel cheap. cinches tight. only problem I had was I should have ordered a medium instead of a large, I'm 149 pounds and wear a size seven jean and it is on the tightest hooks already. overall would buy again.
