Very bright and power efficient, but has rust issues

We used these for a glow in the dark section at an outdoor haunted trail. The light is VERY BRIGHT, two of these replaced half a dozen conventional fluorescent blacklight tubes. They are also very efficient, we ran them off of car batteries instead of the AC power we needed for the conventional blacklights, and the batteries we had would run the lights for 12+ hours on a single charge.
I say 4 stars because unfortunately, the screws on the bracket began to rust after being outdoors only 2 weeks. They are waterproof and work in the rain as advertised, but the rust is concerning.

Needs better (or any) instruction sheet.

Had to go search for instructions online, otherwise I wouldn't have know how to wire it up. Just throw in a little piece of paper with the color scheme!

works great for lighting up my lines while night fishing. Covers the back of my boat and then some. Has been used in the rain. Only 4 stars because I reserve the 5th star for longevity... ask me in a year whether it held up or not!
