Jams or fails to feed consistently.

This scanner often jams or fails to catch papers in the feed. It is very frustrating. Must constantly be present to "tap" pages to encourage them to go through. This is consistent regardless of paper types, sizes or size of job. Otherwise quality of scans and versatility of software included is acceptable.

This scanner is a dream! I scanned paperwork stored up for over a year, 30+ family artbooks, 12 years of school annuals, and a ton of pictures over the course of just a couple of weeks and it rarely even got an error or scanned things at an angle, even though there were a lot of uneven pages in what I scanned. I couldn't ask for a better scanner. It is worth every penny of the price.
