Does NOT replace MH-36

Same here, bought to replace MH-36, well this mike is not an exact replacement. PTT works but that's it, no DTMF tones or any other buttons.
Beware of GoodQbuy. They don't seem to even know what they're selling...

This will be yet another item I've had to return to this bad seller.
It's not an MH-36 mic, it's an incompatible 48.
