I can tell the difference in energy level and how I feel when taking this product. Had to get off of it a couple of times for surgeries and could really tell the difference when not using it. I do not take the full dose of 4 tablets a day, and only take 1 in the morning and 1 at night! A little expensive for what it is but considering it seems to help with my energy levels I would, and have, recommend it to a friend!

I've been using this product for over a year now and I like the results. It helps my arthritis quite a bit. But, you should know that I also take Osteo Bi-flex and Tumeric pills. One pill each twice a day. This product calls for 4 pills daily but, 2 daily works for me and my pocket book. I'd like to try the powder form of this product but, the pills are more convenient for me at this time. I know this works well because I stopped taking it for a few months to test for change and I do remember arthritis pain returning. A friend of mine and her husband use the powder form and they recommend it highly.

I give these tablets 4 stars only because after taking them for a few weeks, I began having problems digesting them. My husband takes them, though, and has had no problems. I want to note that other than the digestive issues they caused, I could see a positive difference in how I felt. I now take this product in the powder form and it doesn't cause a problem.
A good backup to the powder in a pinch and good for those who don't like the taste.

I agree with reviewers who note that the powder works better but the nice thing about this is that my daughter will take it. She can't stand the strong taste of the powder so this is a great alternative. Personally I prefer the powder for effectiveness and when I run out or don't have time to mix it up I pop one of these and set forth to conquer the world.
